Golden Heart Senior Care is happy to announce that Kim M. has been awarded a Caregiver Award for service above and beyond. We have been caring for a hospice client for more than 3 years. Kim has been primary in coordinating a high level of care for this client. We cannot express our gratitude for her devotion to this client. Kim stayed for extended hours to ensure that she was comfortable and felt safe during her transition. This is what “Above and Beyond Care” is all about and why we are growing so rapidly. On 7/14/14, Rodney Malone and I dove off the high dive and purchased this Golden Heart master franchise. There were two of us. Zero business. Startup. We now serve 94 zip codes east of I-17.
Had different corporate and entrepreneurial backgrounds, but a PASSION FOR SENIORS.
We knew home care was a thing because of the “ rather spirited protestations” of my parents who were never leaving their beloved home.
Barbara, my Mom, said “ I am going to live in my own home that I love until my last breath”. And she did that.

We are very proud of our 136 plus employees. All of our team are fully vaccinated.

We are also so very proud of the thousands of families we have been privileged to serve over these years. We have partnered with our valued referral partners and we appreciate them. Here’s to the talented clinical team who are so compassionate to our seniors! We thank you all with deep gratitude.

Golden Heart Senior Care would like to highlight Timi, our On Call Manager! Timi is amazing and manages the 24/7 number and schedules every evening and weekend! She has been with our Company since last June.

Here is her background:
Timi has over 20 years of healthcare experience. She started out as a caregiver then inpatient where she worked in ICU and hospice. The last ten years she has worked in staffing and scheduling. Timi says,” It brings me joy to be connected and still feel like I’m making a difference although I am no longer doing bedside care.”

Timi is an amazing Office Team member. She is always willing to go above and beyond!
