Congratulations Sharon and Joyce on your Caregiver Awards!
CONGRATULATIONS SHARON AND JOYCE!
Rodney and I went to visit one of our valued clients for her 83rd birthday! It was a delight to see our wonderful client in person after this long year.
We saw SHARON (L) who has been one of the longest tenured Golden Heart employees. Sharon is one of the best, clinically skilled, most compassionate caregivers we have. She has worked with us for 6 years. Rodney and I finally got to hug her after 2 years apart! Our client loves her and while we were there to bring birthday flowers, Sharon didn’t know she was being awarded a Caregiver Award for service above and beyond! Sharon will receive a bonus for this award.
And we MUST award JOYCE (R), who was coming on to shift. Joyce has worked with this client for many years, and certainly the last two years when the client and Joyce joined us (through a 2019 acquisition of another company). Joyce is kind, cares above and beyond and understands this client’s needs completely. Joyce will receive a bonus for this award!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! Congratulations to Eddie and Melissa! We are excited to announce the following new opportunities that have been filled for our office team. With our growth ( for which we are extremely grateful) , we needed to elevate and re-align the office team.
We are pleased to welcome Eddie to our team as Director of Business Affairs! Eddie has a long tenured career in senior care- branch manager at a major home care; ED at a major Assisted Living facility ( 400 beds) ( he has his Assisted Living Manager’s license ) and placement. Eddie is the real deal and we are happy to have him!
Eddie’s role is all office administration. Welcome Eddie!
Secondly, Melissa has been moved into a new role as Client Coordinator/Recruiting Manager role. Melissa is highly focused on client care and experiences!
We are very happy to have these two in these roles! Melissa has been with our Company a long time and this role is perfect for her skill set and interest.

Scottsdale-based Golden Heart Senior Care announces today the acquisition of certain assets and caregivers of Desert Point Home Care, a local non-medical home care company who has successfully grown in the Valley since 2017. As of today, Golden Heart will continue all operations as previously managed, for Desert Point clients and caregivers.

Good morning Friends. We had a lovely visit from my friend Jaime Wasden Ryum this week. She is the amazing owner of Mountain View Hospice in the West Valley. While we are East Valley – she does business Valley wide. We are so privileged to work with so many exceptional professionals in this industry and Jaime is one of them. It was nice to see each other in person again finally!
